Do I need to have a PayPal account to purchase products?
No, you don’t need to have a Paypal account. Upon checkout, you will be transferred to Paypal where you’ll be asked to fulfil the order by entering your name, contact details and alternate method of payment.
Does this online store have a security certificate?
Yes, our website has security that protects your transactions with up to 256-bit Secure Socket Layer encryption.
Our website uses Woo Commerce platform via WordPress with SSL security. All credit card data transmission, processing and storage of credit card data is handled by Paypal. These providers handle all security and are PCI DSS compliant. A full list of compliant PCI DSS members is available.
You can choose for another payment options that we provide in our cart if you are not confident in using PayPal.
How are my orders processed?
After checkout and payment is confirmed, an email is sent to Navy Uniforms staff containing your contact and shipping details. Navy Uniforms staff then action the order using this information.
How are payments handled?
Navy Uniforms uses Paypal as its payment processor. The web site does not transmit, process or store your credit card details at all, that is all handled through Paypal. The site does, however, collect your name, contact details and order so that we can deliver the product to you.
If your not confident in dealing with PayPal, we are also happy to accept Wire Transfer (EFT) or Cheque.
How long it will take for my product to arrive?
We dispatch web orders through the Australian Postal network only, please refer to http://auspost.com.au/personal/parcel-service-standards.html
For International orders, please contact us first for a quotation of postage charges – We will only dispatch to oversea’s destinations via Registered Post.
Experience has proved that these two postage methods are both trackable, thus giving both parties greater piece if mind knowing where dispatched items are in transit.

Yes, your information is stored securely on our Australian Hosted Server, with encrypted passwords and SSL protection.
Why do I need to provide Email and Phone number to buy products?
Yes, we require this information in order to contact you quickly should there be any issues with your order
Why I am redirected to PayPal to complete my purchase?
You are redirected to Paypal, a PCI DSS compliant provider, to complete your purchase so that no credit card data is transmitted, processed or stored on Navy Uniforms website.
